Job Summary:

A Tool Room Attendant is responsible for overseeing inventory by ensuring appropriate stock is maintained at all times and tools are properly checked in and out to employees. The attendant will also deliver materials and supplies to the shipyard. This position is responsible for working Monday through Friday 6 am-3:30 pm, overtime and weekends are scheduled as needed.

What you’ll do:

• Track inventory and maintain a complete stock at all times by keeping records of the tools, equipment, and supplies that are assigned to various departments and/or jobs.
• Deliver materials to the shipyard.
• Check tools in and out of the tool room to employees.
• Mark tools with proper symbols and determine when repairs need to be made.

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
